Regional Health Equity Efforts
Supporting thriving communities in central western Washington
[Central image that visually connects the different pieces (HEIP, Cohort, Pilots). We could have an infographic or a stylized image showing the HEIP at the center, with lines branching out to the cohort, the pilot projects, and a section for “regional resources” or “join the movement” visually representing how they all work together.
The page should tell a story about the action and learning taking place. "Testing the Health Equity Improvement Plan" or some other way to phrase.
Turning Vision into Action
The HEIP isn't just a document; it's a living roadmap. The Health Equity Learning Cohort (2.0) and the Pilot Projects are the key vehicles for testing and refining its principles in a real-world setting. This framework connects all the elements of the plan, the cohort, and the pilots under a unified purpose.
Health Equity Learning Cohort (2.0)
The learning cohort is a group of 19 organizations across the region representing different service sectors. The cohort shares learning, refines HEIP strategies, learns from and supports HE pilot projects.
