Hub Advisory Committee

The Hub Advisory Committee is comprised of regional partners from a variety of sectors across healthcare, public health, education, first responders, federally-qualified health centers, managed care organizations, community-based organizations, and the legal system who provide recommendations for improving CHOICE's Community Care Hub Network services to better serve the needs of CHOICE's seven-county region. Together, the group is working on strengthening how people are connected to resources, identifying gaps in services, and advising on strategies that make our system more responsive, equitable, and community-centered.
