CHOICE Community Sponsorship
Apply for a CHOICE community sponsorship! We support community-based health initiatives across Central Western Washington, including events or initiatives that promote health equity, celebrate local culture and diversity, or encourage physical activity and mental wellness. Organizations may apply for up to $1,000 per sponsorship request.
