Who we are
At CHOICE, our team members have a shared commitment to advancing health equity and supporting solutions that meet the needs of the communities we serve and live in.
We are a highly collaborative, talented, and dynamic group of dedicated individuals who bring a blend of unique lived experiences, professional expertise, and diverse personalities to the table every day.
If you like being part of a team who values trust and respect, works together in stride, isn’t afraid to laugh out loud, has easy access to mouth-watering macaroons, prefers outdoor walks over indoor meetings, and won’t judge you for wearing socks with your birkenstocks – then we might be the place you’ve been looking for.
Building a workplace for all
CHOICE is committed to providing an environment in which all employees can feel respected, included, and empowered to bring unique ideas and experiences to the work. Our diversity and inclusion efforts include welcoming and embracing different cultures, backgrounds, and viewpoints while encouraging growth and development. Women, racial and ethnic minorities, persons of disability, persons over 40 years of age, veterans and their spouses, as well as people of all sexual orientations and gender identities are encouraged to apply.
