Emergency health and wellness fund
Supporting organizations when they need it most.
In times of crisis, critical community services should never be in jeopardy. The Emergency Health and Wellness Fund can help ensure these services remain uninterrupted during unexpected challenges.
What is the Emergency Health and Wellness Fund?
The emergency health and wellness fund is a low barrier, rapid-response mechanism, offering up to $25,000 to support community health and safety services experiencing unforeseen emergencies or urgent needs.
Examples of this could include but are not limited to:
Refrigeration system breakdown: support for a local food bank facing a refrigeration system failure, ensuring uninterrupted food supply to the community.
Transportation services: support to expand transportation programs in the wake of a natural disaster.
